Digital culture transformation and strategy

Digital culture transformation and strategy

We work with a range of non-profits to help them transform into digital-first organisations, and to develop strategies to help them grow their digital fundraising.

We have been/are the lead strategic advisors for organisations who have shown considerable growth in digital income over the past ten years, notably WSPA (now WAP), UNHCR and International Rescue Committee.

We have also advised Amnesty International, Greenpeace, WWF, IFRC, UNICEF, UNRWA, and WFP among others, working at international, regional and national levels.

All of our digital strategy work involves ‘doing’ – we are strong believers in putting theory into practice and by learning through testing and adapting. Therefore, we don’t just put together strategy documents, but instead work with organisations to get results which can inform long-term plans.
