CEO and Creative Director

Jason has worked in digital media in the international non-profit sector for over 20 years. He’s worked on projects ranging from culture change driven by digital channels to an iPhone app that highlights the symptoms of meningitis.

Aroon Dougan

Strategy and Client Services Director

Aroon has worked in fundraising and marketing for a range of non-profit organisations over the past 18 years from conservation to medical research to international development. She has vast experience leading on digital fundraising strategy and campaigns.

Spencer Thursfield

Associate Strategy & Creative Director

Spencer has over 20 years experience in brand and digital strategy, spanning national and global markets - in the commercial and international non-profit sector.

Amy Copeland

Organisational/Team Design Coach and Project Lead

With a background in the agency world, Amy has over ten years’ experience in digital operations, specialising in Agile practices, coaching, change management, and team design.

Scott Llewellyn

UX Engineer

Scott has over ten years' experience in the web industry as a developer and designer. At THINK Digital, Scott designs and builds non-profit websites and apps with a keen focus on usability, performance and accessibility.

Conal Dougan

Digital Marketing Specialist

Conal has been working in digital marketing and social media management for over a decade, on everything from creating a new social media platform for an international conservation charity, to establishing a breakthrough online presence for a local hospice.

Keir Gibson

Associate Analyst

Keir has over ten years' experience in web analytics and search marketing. He has worked on a wide range of big brands including Amnesty International, hmv, Berghaus, Oxfam, and Brother in his time. At THINK Digital, Keir provides recommendations to clients on their analytics set up and SEO, and manages tracking and reporting across all of our campaigns.
